Frank L. Saco

Frank L Saco, 80, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2020 at the Kaplan Hospice House. He was born in Beverly, raised and a lifelong resident of Manchester-by-the-Sea. He was the son of the late Ernest and Thelma (Mason) Saco. 

He owned and worked alongside his father and brother in Manchester as a Barber for over thirty years. Later on, he became a Lobsterman and was the Captain of the Caroline M and later the Captain Yak. 

He was an avid cribbage player and enjoyed spending time at the casinos with family and friends. He was a big Boston sports fan and looked forward to his Sunday morning gatherings for Bloody Mary’s and card tournaments. 

He is survived by four daughters; Laurie Carr of Beverly, Cherie Saco of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Cindy Mahan and her husband David of Seabrook, NH and Kathleen and Karen Saco of Salem, NH. Five Grandchildren; Amie Jenkins, Erin Lyendecker, Jeffrey Mahan, Matthew Mahan and Brendan LeComte. Three Great grandchildren; Jacob Lyendecker, Jayden Watts and Nate Mahan. And his beloved only boy, his dog Brody.  He is predeceased by his brother Ernest Saco Jr.
