To the Editor:
To those of you who acknowledged Teddy’s death, we as his family thank you for all the dear cards and notes you wrote with memories and stories. We are extremely grateful.
As much as we loved him, we now realize how very special he was to others in many ways. We are also thankful to the American Legion for their services in his honor and, also, thank the Cemetery Department for their work.
We are very grateful to Reverend Hughes for coming to the town for Teddy’s services.
To all of you who supported our family during this difficult time, we are forever grateful.
