Michael Corsetti requests the Commission make a decision regarding a Notice of Intent for widening and paving an existing private drive, approximately 16’ wide, to approximately 22’ paved drive within Bordering Vegetative Wetland (BVW) and within the 100-foot, 50-foot No Build Zone, and 30-foot No Disturb Zone Buffers to BVW at 10 Old Wenham Way (map 32, lot 130)
This request will be discussed at a VIRTUAL meeting Tuesday, December 12 at 6:30 p.m. and will be reviewed under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Chapter 131, Section 40) and/or the Manchester General Wetlands Bylaw.
