On Behalf of Darren & Johanna Ross, John Morin of The Morin-Cameron Group, Inc. requests the Commission make a decision regarding a Notice of Intent for construction of a single-family house within the 100-ft Buffer Zone at 1 Windemere Park Extension (map 57, lot 29 &6)
These requests will be discussed at a VIRTUAL meeting Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. and will be reviewed under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Chapter 131, Section 40) and/or the Manchester General Wetlands Bylaw.
