PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Manchester Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to review the following proposed regulations:
1.)Environmental Tobacco, Marijuana, and Electronic Delivery Regulation, revised
2.)Regulation Prohibiting the Manufacture, Sale, or Distribution of Synthetically derived Cannabinoids
The public hearing will be held in room #7 of the Manchester Town Hall, located at 10 Central Street in Manchester-by-the-Sea as well as on the Zoom meeting platform. Copies of the draft regulations are available on the Town website and from the Board of Health office. The Zoom link for the meeting will be made available on the Town website www.manchester.ma.us.
