It’s a season of goodbyes at Town Hall. Last week on December 30, the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea honored Elizabeth “Beth” Heisey for her 32 years of service as administrative assistant to both the Town Administrator’s Office and the Building Department. And this week, on Thursday, January 9, the town honored Cynthia “Cindy” Manos, who retired after over 30 years working at Town Hall as a tax collector.
