We’ve been blessed with a spectacular summer season so far, with cool sunny days and more than enough rain to feed our growing gardens. This day, just after sunrise, from the vantage of the docks at Manchester Marine, the inner harbor is quiet, peaceful. Soon, the community will turn on its celebrate Independence Day.
