Some boys who if caught will learn better committed depredations on the house owned by Mrs. Corporan on Martin Street, Saturday night, carrying off blinds, breaking windows and damaging the place considerably.
American Education week was observed in the local schools last week with an exhibition of school work at the High School Thursday evening, having two regular study periods to which all parents were invited. Special interest centered in the cooking demonstration. Refreshments of doughnuts and coffee.
