There are several cases in town of the grip and heavy colds, some of the victims are quite seriously ill.
An automobile owned by William Wyeth of Beverly caught fire while he was in a cottage on Conomo Point Wednesday evening of last week, about 9:30. The fire department responded to a still alarm but the machine had been destroyed by the time the apparatus reached the scene.
