Getting into the mood! The annual 2019 "Wobblin' Goblin" trick-or-treat parade, annually put on the by Manchester-by-the-Sea Mother's Club and the Manchester Community Center turned out perfectly with great weather. So did all the little costumed girls and boys who paraded from Town Hall to the Community Center, stopping for treats along the way.
