I am writing to express my appreciation and thanks to officer Kevin David. I was driving down School Street in Manchester, at the intersection with Pine, and two large trucks made wide turns onto School Street without stopping. It forced me off the road and into the water pipes on the side of the road causing my brand new, two-week-old front left tire to pop.
Standing outside of my car in the drizzling rain sadly contemplating my situation, Manchester Police Officer Kevin pulled up and offered his help, which entailed getting down on his knees to in the wet mud to put on my spare tire. He did this all with a smile on his face the whole time. He made my day for sure.
Having recently moved back to Manchester, I feel incredibly fortunate to live in a small community with officers on the force like Kevin David.
