To the Editor,
I am happy to support Dan Koh for U.S. Congress. Dan and I worked together at Boston City Hall, and I still remember meeting him shortly after Mayor Walsh took office. I had already heard about Dan through friends who attended Harvard with him: super smart, energetic, driven, and, above all, a genuinely good person. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand that the reputation was well-deserved.
I’ve watched Dan operate in every kind of setting—from high-level meetings at City Hall to campaign events in people’s homes to personal conversations one-on-one over phone. He is always the same: sharp, engaging, thoughtful, and no BS. He listens, absorbs information, asks the right questions, and approaches decisions with logic and common sense—qualities we could use a lot more of in Washington, on both sides of the aisle.
Dan knows that he and I won’t always agree politically, and that’s okay. We’re not supposed to agree on everything. What matters is that I trust his judgment, his work ethic, and his character. Dan has the experience and integrity to represent the people of Massachusetts’ Sixth District, and I’m proud to support him.
I can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in Congress.
