Ray Griffiths Fine Jewelry at Gladstone

Posted

This weekend, Gladstone, the jewelry boutique and gallery in Manchester, will be hosting its annual summer trunk show with fine jewelry designer Ray Griffiths.  The designer will be hosting the trunk show 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25.

Griffiths’ work is architectural, timeless, and fastidiously crafted.  As a teenager in his native Australia, Griffiths trained as an apprentice to fine jewelers who specialized in antique jewelry repair and tiara restoration.  Drawing from this experience, he created his signature perforated gold “Crownwork” style which is featured throughout his entire collection today.

Ray is a master in both his craft and its science with over 30 years of experience informed by degrees in gemology and diamond technology. He selects stones for his designs not because they are flawless, but because they are unique.

For everyone’s safety during this time, Gladstone will be adhering to protocols for social distancing, limiting entrance to two attendees at a given time.  All guests will be asked to wear a face covering, and the jewelry and gallery surfaces will be sanitized before and after handling.

Guests will have the opportunity to preview the extensive collection with the designer and enjoy special event pricing.  While walk-ins are welcome (provided the space is not at capacity), appointments are encouraged.  Contact the gallery at info@gladstonejewelry.com.
