The scouts of ME Troop 3 are running a raffle for a 14-foot wooden dory that they made over the previous summer. Using materials donated to the scouts by the Essex Historical Society and Shipbuilding Museum, the scouts worked in groups to make two wooden dories over a period of two weeks
