Christina Delisio for MA 5th District

To the Editor,

I am writing to express my support for Christina Delisio to represent Cape Ann in the 5th Essex District.

The most qualified candidate should hold this important position, and Christina Delisio brings the education, professional experience, public service, and character needed to do the job well.

This election is a real opportunity to choose a proven leader who already understands the issues facing our community.  Cape Ann needs strong representation on matters such as affordability, housing, the cost of living,

responsible budgeting, and the audit that voters clearly supported.  Massachusetts was once left with a budget surplus under Governor Charlie Baker.  What has happened since then has been very different.  Christina Delisio will work to fix problems, not simply manage decline.

I encourage voters to support Christina Delisio on March 31st.  We have much to gain from her leadership, judgment, and independence.  This office is too important to be decided by habit or political inheritance.
