Polls will be open Tuesday, November 3 from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Manchester Essex Regional High School. COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place.

On October 29 starting at 7 p.m. the Board of Selectmen is hosting a virtual public presentation on the proposed 40B project by the developer. Meeting details can be found on the town website.
Trick or treating in Manchester will be held on October 31 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Please trick or treat in your own neighborhood to avoid crowding in the village. Streets will not be blocked off in the village. Leave candy on a table in front of your house. Do not approach front doors or ring doorbells. Residents who do not wish to participate can turn their front lights off. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Please use the Ballot Drop Box next to the front door of Town Hall to deliver your 2020 Election Ballot. If you're mailing your ballot, it needs to be postmarked by November 3 and it must reach your local election office by November 6. If you're hand-delivering your Election ballot to your local election office or dropping it in a drop-box, it needs to be returned by 8 p.m. on November 3.
Dogs are now allowed on Singing Beach through April 14. Beach visitors are limited to two dogs per person.
