Bilotta Deserves Re-Election

To the Editor,

Each of the candidates for Select Board has worthwhile credentials to bring to the governance of our town. However, during her tenure as a Select Board member, Cathy Bilotta has demonstrated perhaps some of the most important attributes.
Cathy is accessible to anyone who wishes to engage with her, immediately responding to overtures. Cathy listens carefully to residents and absorbs their message. She is respectful of one’s viewpoints even if they differ from hers and considers what is best for the town and all its residents. Cathy is diligent about “following-up” when an issue is raised and communicates effectively.
Having observed or interacted with many Select Board members during the 54 years we’ve lived here, I will borrow a phrase from the “investment world”. As a Select Board member, Cathy’s performance has been truly “first quartile”.
I enthusiastically endorse her and ask that you vote for Cathy Bilotta.
