Augustus Bullock celebrated turning 100 years old on May 29, with family who came in locally from California, Washington, Vermont, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Minnesota and North. Bullock served as a fighter pilot in World War II, and daughter Betsy, a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Manchester, believes he is the second oldest member of the Manchester VFW/American Legion. Here he is on the Legion deck, surrounded by family. Bullock currently lives independently with his wife, Elsie, 95, in Topsfield.
