Another year of COVID adjustments for July 4th celebrations resulted in a much loved home decorating contest in place of a parade. Instead of floats and marchers, the Town of Manchester hosted the second annual Fourth of July House Decorating Contest. The judging was tough, according to Manchester Parks and Rec director Cheryl Marshall. And in the end, there were some wonderful winners. From the list, there is clearly a lot of neighborhood pride on Pleasant Street, which featured three of the four winners this year.
