The weather was fully cooperative Sunday at noon when Santa Claus returned briefly to town for his annual ride around Manchester and Magnolia, courtesy of the MBTS Fire Department truck that provided his ride. Tom Kehoe tells us this is likely the last public appearance by Santa prior to his return to the North Pole to rest up for his around-the-world trip the evening of December 24.
Many families showed up at the Fire Station to see him off, and to get their last minute lists and requests in to the big man. Santa sat for quite a while, taking his time to listen to each child. Thank you Santa.
