After a busy year the Manchester Affordable Housing Trust is working with partners to promote community affordable housing in 2020. One avenue the Trust is pursuing is making funds available for qualified residents and developers to help create community affordable housing. This can be through the development of new rental or ownership units, or through the conversion of existing ownership or rental units to affordable units. The MAHT can help make a plan financially feasible with funding support. Can you help with this town mission?
