Daylight Savings Time Begins Sunday, March 8, 2020 – Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead 1 hour and change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

Board of Health Update:

The Town of Manchester is working in conjunction with State and Federal agencies to stay informed about COVID-19 (Corona Virus). The risk level in MA remains LOW at this time however the situation is being monitored on a daily basis and any important changes or updates will be conveyed to the Manchester community as needed. Treasurer Update:

Motor Vehicle Bills are due by Thursday, March 12.

DPW Update:

Fencing is up in front of Town Hall for pedestrian safety during construction of the Town Hall Common. Access to the front door of Town Hall will be limited at times. The side door will remain open and is handicapped accessible.
