The Manchester Woman’s Club’s annual Buy-A-Bulb program is underway. The proceeds from the Buy-A-Bulb fundraiser help light the Friendship Tree on the Common and the program at the First Parish Church Congregational. The Friendship Tree will be lit December 8 at 3:30 p.m. after the Christmas concert in the Church.
You can play a part and remember your loved ones during the holiday. The cost of each bulb is $5 each or five bulbs for $20. These bulbs may be lit in memory of someone dear that has passed or in honor of someone special. You can wish your loved ones a Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays. Your Buy-A-Bulb remembrances should state your name, name(s) of your loved one(s), if in memory of or in honor of, and which greeting you choose (Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays).
Send your remembrances and a check made payable to the Manchester Woman’s Club to Buy-A-Bulb/Manchester Woman’s Club c/o Dyane Cotreau, 4 Orchard Lane, Manchester, MA 01944. The deadline to receive this information is November 27. Remembrances will be printed
