WASTEWATER PLANT OPERATOR

The Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA - DPW department is accepting applications for a SKILLED LABORER (W2) in the Sewer Treatment Plant.  A Massachusetts Grade 2 M Wastewater Treatment license is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months. Working knowledge of waste water treatment, system hydraulics and pumping mechanics, operations, construction, and maintenance procedures preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. CDL and additional Wastewater Operator’s licenses are preferred.  

Starting pay is $23.60 per hour plus town benefits and regular overtime.
