Hamilton Affordable Housing Trust Infused with $217,500

Larry Smith, Managing Director of Canter Brook, LLC, a new active-adult, 55+ home project now under construction, recently presented the Hamilton Affordable Housing Trust with $2,175,000 in conjunction with the Ribbon Cutting event for The Village at Canter Brook Farm’s model home on Thursday, February 13, 2020.

The project consists of 23 condominiums on a 13-acre parcel at 417 Asbury St. in Hamilton. The site was acquired in December 2018, with groundbreaking in March 2019. Nine homes, ranging in price from $627,900 to $924,900, are currently sold.
