Cushing Earns Top Churchill Properties Sales Award

Philio Wigglesworth Cushing of Churchill Properties was recently recognized at the Churchill Properties Award ceremony for her outstanding sales achievements in 2019, earning one of the highest company awards, the International Presidents Elite Award.

Philio, a Manchester-by-the-Sea resident, began her real estate career in 2005.  She quickly became a top producing agent and earned multiple prestigious awards.  She ranked in the “Top 50” in New England for her company and became one of the top five of all Realtors in the North Shore.  In addition to her efforts in real estate, Philio serves as an overseer and as a member of the leadership committee at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem.
